sick in bed
So Ives and I have been sick in bed the last couple weeks. Started off with head colds...then back aches...and then the flue. Ives beat me though and ended it off with food poisoining. I guess he ate some bad raw seafood a week ago and ended up paying for it this weekend. We spent last night in emergency because he woke up shaking with a real high fever. The doctors gave him an "injection", (nobody knows of what though), then we payed 150 dollars, and he was on his way! That´s how it goes in Mexico. Medicine solves anything....even if you don´t exactly know what you have! My back has been really hurting me and a lady at work suggested I go to the doctor for an "injection". I think I´ll just use a heating pad.
So that´s all that´s new right now. My mom is arriving this afternoon so hopefully we can see her tonight for a bit! Back to bed I go!

Wedding photos
I thought I´d put a few wedding photos on here for all who couldn´t make it to the wedding. I am still trying to add some more recent pictures but this computer is so darn slow sometimes!
Not too much new around here. Ives is sick and sad. I'm trying to be a good little wife and take care of him...so I made chocolate chip cookies today. The only thing is that he doesn´t really like sweets too much. But I really, really enjoyed the cookie dough and the fresh cookies....and i feel much better now. Ives is still sick though. It's the thought that counts.
Other than that...just working lots this week. A friend, Jason Shum, is coming from LA with his girfriend this weekend so we hope to all get together tomorrow. Haven´t seen him in many years. Then my mom comes in a week! Very exciting! Have a great weekend everyone!

First Photos
Thanks to my brother once again, we have pictures on our website! They are pretty much self-explanatory I think. The only one that might be confusing is the belly shot on the beach. Please don`t be confused with Ives`belly....which is quite a bit hairier and quite a bit smaller than mine (not by much though). The lighting makes it look darker than it really is. Check out the photos here.

testing things out
So this is our first time writing in our very own website! I don´t really know what to do so we´ll just test things out. Hmm..what to say. Ives is playing Xbox behind me so I will be doing most of the writing.
For those of you who don´t know, Ives and I are now living in Mazatlan, Mexico. We are very much enjoying married life....as much as we were warned that we wouldn´t....and are even more enjoying the fact that we will be parents in just over 2 months! April 23 is the due date. Our apartment is 4 blocks away from the ocean and very close to most of the places we go to...including an internet cafe.
So this weekend we went to Carnaval, which is one of the biggest marti gras in all the world. The malacon along the ocean here is around 18 kms long...and was completely packed full of people all night long. We woke up this morning for work at 6am and could still here the Banda music playing on the streets. I found it funny that this carnaval is an annual thing and has been going on for many, many years...but yet nobody knew what time anything started at..what day the parade was on...what time the fireworks started...or anything. Gotta love Mexico!
So hopefully soon I will figure out how to connect my camera to this computer so I can start posting some photos on here. Please keep reading and emailing me everyone. I will try and update it regularly. Thanks to my big brother Chris who set this all up for me. I´ll let you babysit whenever you want Chris. Adios for now!
