I was watching Extreme Makeover Home Ed. yesterday. They gave a new home to a woman in Florida who at one time was addicted to drugs and had the state threatening to take away her kids but turned her life around AND started a charitable org'n in her community out of her own small house to feed and clothe the less fortunate (who, in some people's eyes might include her). She only mentioned God once (she said that she came to a point in her life where she just said "God, I'm tired" which could be taken any which way by a listener) and the focus of the TV program definitely wasn't on God's work in her life but boy you could see His fingerprints over her life. It just goes to show that if we are faithful to His call on our lives He'll shine through what we do.
Comments

What a great example of how our lives need to speak Christ! A good reminder -- Thanks!
