hodge-podge

I awoke this morning with full intentions of visiting the local farmers' market; specifically, I wanted fresh raspberries. I departed, picking up some coffee along the way. The farmers' market is located in the heart of downtown, on a blocked off street. It was only when I was a few blocks away that I realised today was the day of the parade. After driving for twenty minutes to bypass blocked-off avenues, get around one-way streets and back out of dead-ends I choose to park in the parkade of a nearby mall. I walked, intersecting the parade route, and found my dearly beloved raspberries. Pure delight!

This afternoon, as you will have noticed, I redesigned this repository of eclectic thoughts. If only I had understood CSS and MT codes a bit more fully, more of the afternoon and evening would now be available.

This evening I will take apart a good portion of my latest afghan. It is good to note that one should try one's best not to run out of yarn part way through a project. Even though one may look in a variety of stores, the yarn is likely not to be found. So, things will become undone and then redone. Most likely a hodge-podge of wonderful creation.
